Welcome to Spotliodiscoverydck.com, owned and operated by ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our subsea searchlight hardware, deploying autonomous docking stations, or utilizing our telemetry portals, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding Terms of Service.

1. Technical Specifications & Pressure Ratings

All optical lumen outputs, inductive power transfer efficiencies, and depth ratings (e.g., 6,000 meters / 600 bar hydrostatic pressure) published on this website are certified based on controlled hyperbaric pressure chamber testing under ISO/marine engineering standards. Actual field performance may fluctuate based on seawater temperature, salinity, optical turbidity, biological accretion, and ocean current velocity.

2. Acceptable Use & Operational Safety

When operating Spotliodiscoverydck hardware or accessing our digital telemetry terminals, you agree not to:

  • Exceed published hydrostatic pressure limits without written authorization from engineering staff.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with solid-state firmware, optical drivers, or resonant inductive charging control software.
  • Use subsea searchlight arrays or acoustic docking beacons for unauthorized military or illegal undersea activities.
  • Interfere with or attempt to breach the cyber infrastructure of networked seabed docking hubs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All domain names, trademarks, Grade 5 titanium housing schematics, optical refractor CAD models, software code, and editorial content on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of . Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, , its directors, engineers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from undersea deployment failures, ROV lost-tether events, marine bio-fouling, or extreme weather conditions during subsea operations.

6. Force Majeure & Marine Environment Risks

Undersea environments present inherent operational risks including tectonic activity, volcanic plumes, abyssal current surges, and biological interference. shall not be held liable for delayed performance caused by natural oceanographic disasters or unforeseen marine conditions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
